Delivery

Once we have received your order, our logistics team will receive details of your delivery address and will schedule your order for delivery. Please ensure you have completed the correct delivery address on your order and a daytime telephone number to stop any unnecessary delays in delivery.

Your delivery will be within 14 working days of your order or if you would like a specific date after the 14 working days you are welcome to send us a message requesting the date you require. Assuming it is during the working week we will endeavour to schedule your delivery for your requested day.

Once your delivery date has been scheduled we will call you to let you know your delivery date and 3 days prior to delivery we will call you to let you know an estimated time of delivery.

Our delivery team with them call you on the day of delivery 1 hour prior to delivery, so that you do not have to waste time waiting in for them.

We will advise you as soon as possible if circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect the estimated delivery time.

Delivery is £69 to addresses in mainland England and Wales.

Please Note: We may also be able to deliver goods to addresses in Scotland, although the delivery charge will vary depending upon your location. Please contact us on 01902 409010 for further details.


On the day of delivery, please ensure that there is vehicular access to the property and that the carrier has clear and easy access into the room that the goods are to be delivered into. It is your responsibility to check dimensions, and to ensure that the furniture will fit comfortably into the chosen room. Please note that we are unable to take away your old furniture. We will remove all packaging from the goods and allow you to examine them to ensure that there are no obvious defects.
