This is the first time I have ordered anything this big online without seeing/tying it first, therefore I was a little aprehensive. However I could not be happier with the service and product that I received. We ordered the Highgate sofa and small sofa which is exactly hw it is describe and also very comfortable. I purchased the brown leather Benita corner sofa and it is the best sofa i have had, the quality is excellent for the price. I wasnt expecting much because it was so cheap but it is lovely and everyone asks where i got it from. The delivery guys were fab too especially after travelling half the night. They unpackaged it and put it together and made sure i was happy before they left and they too away the packaging. I would definately recommend sofa sos.

Ordered to Roma corner sofa bed in brown, arived within 2 weeks, delivery excellent, was told a time, and they called when 30 mins away. Sofa is excellent, very comfy and looks alot more expensive than what we paid, would highly recommend

Just received my Lyon large sofa plus regular sofa in brown and I have to say it's absolutely fantastic. It looks just like the picture on the website which is great. The delivery guys were great, they didn't complain that it is quite a walk to my flat. Overall I am very happy and will recommend you to everyone I know.

Thank you charlotte and the team, just had my sofas delivered. i am well happy, happy at the price i paid, and happy with the quality, and the service was excellent, tthe delivery men took all the wrapping away after they finished setting the sofas up, putting legs on ect, and were very nice to talk to, the colour i had was red and it is excellent, so can't find any faults really!!!thank you mrs sharon williams

The sofas are absolutely wonderful for the price and your customer service from start to finish has been excellent.   Dear Sirs, I am writing regarding a sofa I recently got delivered by yourselves on the 14/10/09. I first saw the Black Lyon Sofa in the homebase catalogue and attempted to order from them. However, Homebase advised that the sofa was "Globally" unavailable and that were unable to order it, or tell me when they would get it back in stock. After googling the brand of the sofa, you appeared, with the price £100 cheaper than Homebase (however with delivery costs it nearly worked out the same). I immediatley phoned your company who advised they had the sofa in stock and I received regular updates from Amanda when the sofa will be delivered. Both Amanda's proffesional attitude and organisation impressed me and she is a assest to your company. Both your delivery drivers (unfortunatley I didn't get there names) were quick but also took the time to take away the packing and assemble the sofa - something homebase don't offer as my mum recently had a suite from them.
